Meghan Ahearn currently works as the senior web editor of Sony.com. She began her editorial career at GoodHousekeeping.com and Womans.Day.com, and later worked as the managing editor for Photo District News magazine and PDNOnline.com. Before that, she worked in online marketing and helped launch a clothing company's first e-commerce site.

Originally from Florida, Meghan graduated from the creative writing program at Florida State University and the master's in publishing program at New York University. At NYU, she was chosen as the one student from her graduating class to present her business plan for a women's streetwear magazine to the program's board of directors.

In her spare time Meghan acts as the executive producer for the Brooklyn Props Podcast, a hip-hop talk show that's syndicated to BrooklynRadio.com. She has public-speaking experience including moderating photography panels during her tenure at PDN.
